Make Time for Reflection

Prompts to help you externalize and reflect on your experiences

Grow in your facilitation journey!

Getting into the practice of reflecting helps you grow into a better facilitator.

  • At the end of each workshop, set aside ~10 minutes to reflect on your own or debrief with co-facilitators.
  • Write down the reflections, on paper, a notebook, or on a digital document.
  • If you took pictures, try to include them in your document!
