PLIX Email Mini-Courses are automated email courses that will help prepare you to facilitate some of our PLIX activities in your library! Each week, you'll receive an email from the PLIX team with reading excerpts, facilitation tips, and a making prompt that will give you some hands-on experience with the activity!
These courses typically last ~3 weeks, can be worked through at your own pace, and are free and open anyone who wants to participate. Sign up below to get started!
Urban Ecology Email Mini-Course 🌱
A three-week email course that will help prepare you to run the Urban Ecology activity series in your library! We'll walk you through how to facilitate each of the three workshops in the series.
Each weekly email will contain a few primary elements:
- Reading excerpts that highlight relevant theory & background
- Tips from the PLIX team for setting up and facilitating the workshop
- A short exploration prompt designed to get you outside and into the urban ecology spirit!
